If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, it’s important to get help quickly. You can do so by calling one of the below numbers, depending on where you live:

Safe Havens

Safe Havens provide out of hours help and support to people and their carers who are experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress.

There are also now virtual safe havens for those who may be shielding because of the coronavirus or who have other reasons, including their mental health problems, why they are unable to travel.

Young Persons Safe Haven (North East Hampshire and Farnham)

Offering support services for young people (aged 10-17) who are experiencing difficulties with mental health who need access to out-of-hours emotional or practical support. Currently available by phone or online

Runs Wed 5-8pm, Saturday 10am-1.30pm.

The Oasis

Crisis support in Farnborough. This is a drop-in service, allowing visitors to speak with trained mental health staff, to each other or to sit quietly, safe in the knowledge that support is close at hand.

Open 6.30pm to 9.30pm, seven days a week.
