Mayathon's October Challenge
Are you ready to take on the October Buddy Boost challenge?
Back in May we highlighted to you the Mayathon Challenge, to complete an unbroken streak of 26 minutes of exercise a day for 26 days, virtually with a friend, family or colleague. Well now it’s its back for an energising October boost.
This October you can buddy-up (virtually) with a maximum of 6 friends, family members or colleagues and support each other to do 26 minutes of physical activity a day.
The mayathon app helped many users stay active and complete the challenge.
It's not about how far or how fast, the aim is be active, stay well and support a friend while taking part. You can chose any activity of any intensity and the free mayathon app helps you buddy-up with your friends and/or co-workers, log your activity (and see your buddy's!), track your mood, and easily access free playlists and work-out videos.
