If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, it’s important to get help quickly. You can do so by calling one of the below numbers, depending on where you live:

North East Hampshire and Surrey: 0800 915 4644

People with speech or hearing difficulties can access the service by:

  • Dialling through the Next Generation Text Service App or Textphone: 18001 0800 915 4644 (More information at www.ngts.org.uk)
  • Sending an SMS text to 07717 989 024.

Safe Havens

Safe Havens provide out of hours help and support to people and their carers who are experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress.

There are also now virtual safe havens for those who may be shielding because of the coronavirus or who have other reasons, including their mental health problems, why they are unable to travel.

The Oasis

Crisis support in Farnborough. This is a drop-in service, allowing visitors to speak with trained mental health staff, to each other or to sit quietly, safe in the knowledge that support is close at hand.

Open 6.30pm to 9.30pm, seven days a week.
