Dr Anant Sachdev said, The ICS Collaborative has enlisted the support of a group of coaches to hold 1-1 supportive conversations with Practice GP’s, Managers, Nurses and all staff across primary care at this time as an aid to help with Covid-Stress that all health care workers are possibly feeling. I spoke with Richard House yesterday morning to test the process. It was more helpful than I anticipated, skilfully held and pragmatic in its approach. They are experienced in the challenges of General Practice and speak our language “
Anonymous, “ I definitely found the conversation with Richard helpful. It felt good to have someone listen and offer an alternative point of view/advice. I would recommend the service”
